In 2017, our first location opened in Ridgewood, Queens. In August of 2018, we have expanded to a second location in Fresh Meadows, Queens.

Bringing together different flavors, at Jin we have practiced and tested for the ideal bowl of ramen. Our broth is cooked for over eight hours to enhance the natural umami flavors of the ingredients and to create a distinct richness. Our fresh noodles, sourced from Sun Noodles, create the perfect texture, aroma, and slurp factor, for an authentic ramen experience.

Whether it’s our ramen or sushi, our goal is to bring high-quality food and experiences to guarantee customer’s satisfaction.

  • Our most popular ramen by far is the Tonkotsu. It is comprised of a combination broth creating a milky, rich base for the noodles. Pork and chicken bones are cooked for eight hours until the broth is dense with flavor, while still maintaining a light feel. The broth is then combined with a flavorful shoyu “tare” (seasoning base) to bring out even more flavor in the soup. The star of the dish, however, is the slices of pork belly on top of the ramen. Select cuts of pork are chosen to be marinated in our house-special mixture, then braised for three hours to a soft-fatty perfection.

  • If you want to try the pork slices in a different way, the Pork Buns present an entirely different experience. While the noodles are dense and rich, the buns are lighter and equally as (if not more) flavorful, so they have become the most popular appetizer choice. Each bun comes with slices of pork topped with hoisin sauce and cucumbers, sandwiched in a fluffy steamed bun. The hoisin sauce gives it a sweet and salty taste, while the cucumbers balance it with a refreshing and crunchy texture.
